If Kroger’s UKG setup asks for a tenant URL, the Kroger-specific UKG address that resolves live is https://kroger-sso.prd.mykronos.com/. When checked in September 2026, that address redirected to UKG sign-in with a Kroger SSO connection.
UKG Dimensions is now called UKG Pro Workforce Management by UKG. Kroger employees may still see older names such as UKG Dimensions or Kronos in instructions, saved links, or app setup. MyTime-Kroger.net is an independent guide and does not collect Kroger credentials.

What happened to UKG Dimensions?
UKG says the UKG Dimensions name changed to UKG Pro Workforce Management. The vendor says current customers keep the same day-to-day product and services apart from updated naming references.
That means an employee may search for “UKG Dimensions Kroger” even when a newer screen uses UKG Pro Workforce Management. Both phrases can describe the same UKG product family at different points in the naming change.
UKG’s own login guidance tells employees to contact their employer’s UKG administrator for company-specific login help. That is important because UKG does not publish one universal employee login URL for every customer.
How the Kroger UKG tenant relates to MyTime
The live Kroger tenant address is strong evidence that Kroger has a UKG SSO path. It should not be used to claim that every Kroger employee feature lives inside UKG or that every division has identical screens.

How to use the Kroger tenant in the UKG app
If the UKG app asks for an employer or tenant address, use the Kroger tenant only when that matches the setup instructions supplied by your workplace.
- Install the current official UKG workforce app from Google Play or Apple’s App Store.
- Open the app.
- When asked for a tenant or company URL, enter
https://kroger-sso.prd.mykronos.com/. - Continue to the Kroger-linked sign-in screen.
- Use the employee credentials Kroger assigned to you.
- Complete any identity check shown for your account.
Do not enter your Kroger password into a third-party website that claims it can configure the app for you.
Why does the app still say Kronos or myKronos?
Kronos was part of the product history before the UKG brand. UKG’s own naming pages show that Kronos Workforce Dimensions became UKG Dimensions, and UKG Dimensions later became UKG Pro Workforce Management.
The Kroger tenant still uses the mykronos.com domain in its hostname. A hostname can keep an older brand term even after the product name changes.
What can UKG Pro Workforce Management do?
UKG describes its workforce product as software for scheduling, time, attendance, and related workforce-management work. Those are vendor capabilities. Kroger decides which functions, permissions, and workflows appear for a specific employee group.
Do not assume that a feature listed on UKG’s product site is automatically enabled for every Kroger associate. In particular, payroll, W-2, benefits, mobile punching, shift swaps, accruals, and leave controls can depend on employer setup.
Can UKG show a Kroger schedule?
If Kroger has assigned the UKG route to your employee account, the workforce system can be part of schedule access. Kroger also publishes FEED Mobile, whose official listing explicitly names a Schedule tab for hourly associates.

Can UKG be used for clocking in?
UKG software supports timekeeping, but software capability is not the same as Kroger permission. Do not treat phone access as permission to clock in from any location.

Forgot your Kroger EUID or password?
The UKG tenant does not create a new Kroger identity. Use the employee credential Kroger assigned to you and the recovery path supplied by Kroger.
Kroger’s SecureWEB page uses the terms Enterprise User ID and Password and provides help links. I could not verify one universal Kroger EUID pattern or one fixed password-expiration period for every employee.
