What You Need Before You Check?
Three things get you to your shifts.
Your Enterprise User ID
Kroger issues your EUID when you are hired. It is a short string of letters followed by numbers.
You will find it on your onboarding paperwork. Your store manager or the help desk confirms it if you lost the paper.
Your EUID is not your email address. New associates type an email into that field constantly, and the login fails every time.
Your SecureWEB password
You set this password yourself. It expires every 90 days.
Mark that date somewhere. A password that worked last month and fails today has usually just expired, and the fix takes two minutes instead of a phone call.
A browser or the app
Use a current version of Chrome, Edge or Safari. The Kroger FEED app works on iPhone and Android.
Any of these show the same schedule. Pick whichever is closest to hand.
How to Check Your Kroger Schedule Online?
Six steps take you from your browser to your shifts.
Step 1: Open mytime.kroger.com
Type the address into your browser and press Enter.
The site sends you to SecureWEB at sso.kroger.com. Seeing a different address is normal. Kroger runs one sign-on across its employee systems, and that page is the front door.
Step 2: Enter your EUID
The first field takes your Enterprise User ID. Type the letters and numbers with no spaces.
Skip the email address. This field wants the ID Kroger gave you.
Step 3: Enter your SecureWEB password
Passwords are case sensitive. Check your Caps Lock key before you type.
Store computers rarely save passwords. Expect to type yours in full on a break-room machine.
Step 4: Open My Schedule
The dashboard loads after you sign in. Find the schedule tile and click it.
Kroger labels it My Schedule in some views and E-Schedule in others. Both open the same calendar.
Step 5: Move to the week you want
The calendar opens on the current week. Use the date arrows or the week picker to move forward.
Next week is the view most people want. It sits one click ahead.
Step 6: Sign out when you finish
Use the sign-out control inside the portal. Closing the tab can leave your session open.
This matters on shared computers. The next associate on that machine should not land in your account.
Watch your attempts. Too many failed logins lock the account. A lock needs a call to the help desk, so stop guessing after three tries and reset your password instead.
How to Check Your Schedule on Your Phone?
Most associates check shifts on a phone. Two ways work.
Using the Kroger FEED app
Search “Kroger FEED” in the App Store or Google Play. The app is published under UKG, so the developer name looks unfamiliar. That is the right one.
Sign in with the same EUID and password you use on the website. The app shows your schedule, company news, and links to the other employee systems.
Turning on schedule notifications
Open the app settings and enable push notifications. Your phone then alerts you when a shift changes.
This one setting saves more time than any login trick. You stop opening the app to check whether anything moved.
Using a mobile browser instead
mytime.kroger.com works in Safari and Chrome without the app.
Add it to your home screen for one-tap access. On iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open the browser menu, then tap Add to Home screen.
How to Check Your Schedule at the Store?
Plenty of associates have no reliable internet at home. The store covers you.
Break-room computers and time clock kiosks reach the same portal. Sign in with your EUID and password exactly as you would anywhere else.
Print your week if your store allows it. A paper copy in your pocket beats pulling out your phone mid-shift.
The store computer is also where the Identity Access Management tool lives. That is the fastest place to reset an expired password, since you are already on the store network.
Sign out before you walk away. Break-room machines stay logged in.
How to Read Your Kroger Schedule?
Getting in is half the job. Reading the calendar correctly is the other half.
Your schedule view shows,
- Shift start and end times for each day
- Scheduled break windows inside each shift
- Your department or work area code
- Approved time off marked on the calendar
- Your PTO or vacation balance, where your division displays it
- Total scheduled hours for the week
Check the weekly hour total before you plan anything. Associates often assume they know their hours and miss a short week.
What a blank day means?
A blank day means you are not scheduled that day. The portal is working.
This trips up new hires more than any other part of the system. An empty square looks like a loading failure and is not one.
Test it the simple way. If other days that week show shifts, the calendar loaded correctly.
When Kroger Posts Schedules?
Posting day is set at the store and division level, not nationally. There is no single day that applies to every Kroger location.
Ask your department head which day your store posts. That one question saves you a week of guessing.
Union contracts set advance-notice requirements in many divisions. Your steward or your contract copy tells you how much notice your store owes you.
A week that has not appeared yet is not a broken portal. Check whether the current week displays. If it does, the system is fine and next week is simply not published.
MyTime vs MyInfo vs ESS vs FEED
Kroger runs several employee tools. New hires mix them up constantly.

One honest note. Published guides disagree about ESS. Some describe it as a separate payroll site, others say it is another name for MyInfo. Kroger has not published a clarification, so check with your own HR contact if the difference matters to you.
Requesting Time Off and Swapping Shifts
Your schedule view is also where you change it.
Submit time-off requests directly from the calendar. Pick your dates and send the request to your manager.
Check the status after you submit. A request sits in pending until a manager approves it, and pending is not approved. Associates have taken days off on a pending request and walked into a no-call problem.
Shift swap and shift pickup tools appear where your division enables them. Both still route through manager approval.
Update your availability in the same area when your outside commitments change. Availability drives how the system builds your future schedules.

Password expired versus account locked
These are two different problems with two different fixes.
An expired password is self-service. Reset it through the Identity Access Management tool and sign back in.
A locked account is not. The reset tool cannot open it, and only the help desk can. Knowing which one you have saves a wasted call or a wasted hour.
Schedule not posted versus schedule not loading
Check the current week first. That single test separates the two.
If this week shows shifts and next week is empty, the portal works and the schedule is unpublished. If nothing loads at all, you have a technical problem.
Do Ralphs, Fred Meyer and King Soopers Associates Use MyTime?
The Kroger Co. operates under many banner names. Associates at Ralphs, Fred Meyer, King Soopers, Smith’s, Fry’s, Harris Teeter, QFC and Dillons reach schedules through the same MyTime system.
Your EUID works the same way at any of them. The banner on the building does not change the login.
