MyTime Kroger Login- Check Your Schedule, Paystub and Shifts

MyTime Kroger Login: Check Your Schedule, Paystub and Shifts

Kroger gives every associate a self-service portal for schedules and time records. You check shifts at 11 PM from your couch. You request Saturday off without waiting for HR to open Monday morning.

This guide covers the login steps, the schedule view, password resets and the common errors that lock people out. Each section reflects the current portal setup as of July 2026.

What Is MyTime.Kroger.com?

MyTime.Kroger.com is Kroger’s employee self-service scheduling portal. The system serves associates across all Kroger-owned banners, including Ralphs, Fred Meyer, King Soopers, Smith’s, Harris Teeter and Dillons.

Kroger built the portal on UKG Dimensions, a workforce management platform. UKG handles the time tracking, shift assignment and punch records behind the login screen.

The portal stays available 24 hours a day. Kroger takes it offline during scheduled maintenance windows, usually overnight.

MyTime vs ESS vs MyInfo vs FEED

Kroger runs four employee tools. New hires mix them up constantly. Each one handles a different job.

  • MyTime manages schedules and time punches. You log in at mytime.kroger.com.
  • ESS handles payroll records. You log in at ess.kroger.com for pay stubs and pay history.
  • MyInfo stores personal records, tax forms and benefits enrollment.
  • FEED is Kroger’s mobile app for company news and mobile portal access.

All four accept the same EUID and password. Kroger runs them under one single sign-on system.

How to Log In MyTime Kroger Employee Portal?

Follow these steps from any browser on a phone, tablet or computer.

  1. Open Chrome, Edge or Safari on a private network.
  2. Go to https://mytime.kroger.com.
  3. The site redirects you to SecureWEB at sso.kroger.com.
  4. Enter your Enterprise User ID (EUID). The format looks like ls123456.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Enter your SecureWEB password.
  7. Click Sign In.
  8. Your dashboard opens with your current schedule.

What an EUID looks like?

Your EUID contains two letters and six digits. Kroger assigns it during onboarding. Your store manager or HR representative gives it to you on your first day.

Common mistakeThe EUID is not your email address. The EUID is not your employee number. Entering either one triggers a login failure.

How to Check Your Kroger Work Schedule?

Your schedule sits behind the login. Three clicks get you there.

  1. Sign in to mytime.kroger.com.
  2. Click My Schedule, My E-Schedule or My E-Plan. The label varies by division.
  3. Select the week you want to view.

The schedule view shows your shift start time, end time, scheduled breaks and store location. Approved time-off requests appear as blocked days.

Print or export your schedule

Click the print icon in the schedule view. The portal generates a printable weekly grid. Some divisions also offer a calendar export.

Why your schedule shows blank?

New hires see an empty schedule for the first few days. Kroger syncs new associate records to UKG on a delay of 3 to 7 days. Some stores report delays up to three weeks during high-volume hiring periods.

Other causes include an unposted schedule, a division-level system sync or a manager who still posts on paper. Ask your manager directly until the digital version appears.

How to Reset Your MyTime Kroger Com Password?

Kroger requires a password change every 90 days. The system locks you out when the password expires.

  1. Go to the Kroger Password Help page from the login screen.
  2. Enter your 7-digit EUID.
  3. Answer your security questions.
  4. Create a new password that meets the length and character requirements.
  5. Return to mytime.kroger.com and sign in.

Reset keeps failing?Contact the Kroger Employee Help Desk at 1-800-952-8889. Support runs Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern.

How to Check Your Kroger Paystub?

Paystubs live in ESS, not MyTime. Three methods work.

Method 1: ESS portal

  1. Go to ess.kroger.com.
  2. Enter your EUID and password.
  3. Click I Agree and Login.
  4. Select Payroll or Pay Stubs.
  5. Choose your pay period.
  6. Click View, then download or print.

Method 2: FEED mobile app

  1. Download the FEED app from Google Play or the App Store.
  2. Sign in with your EUID and password.
  3. Tap MyInfo.
  4. Select your pay period.
  5. Download or print the stub.

Method 3: In store

Visit the customer service desk at any Kroger location. Show a photo ID. Sign the request form. Staff print the stub for you.

Keep digital copies of every stub. Lenders, landlords and tax preparers ask for them.

Common Login Problems and Fixes

“Invalid credentials” error

Check the EUID format first. Two letters, six digits, no spaces. Retype the password rather than pasting it.

Account locked

Three failed attempts lock the account. Wait 15 minutes or call the help desk at 1-800-952-8889.

Page will not load

Clear your browser cache. Switch to Chrome or Edge. Turn off any VPN. Corporate VPNs block the SecureWEB redirect.

Login loops back to the sign-in screen

This points to a cookie problem. Open a private browsing window and sign in again.

Access removed after leaving Kroger

Kroger disables portal access when employment ends. Former associates request final pay stubs and W-2 forms through the ESS former-employee process or by calling HR.
