MyTime Kroger login and MyTime.Kroger.com schedule guide
For MyTime Kroger login, use mytime.kroger.com when Kroger gives you that route. MyTime is used for schedules, timecards, and time-related requests. Kroger also has a UKG tenant at kroger-sso.prd.mykronos.com. It currently redirects to UKG with a Kroger SSO connection. If your store gives you a different employee link, use that link.
If you only need to check a schedule on a phone, FEED Mobile is another Kroger published route. The official Google Play listing from The Kroger Co. says hourly associates can open a Schedule tab, and it points associates to ExpressHR for paycheck stubs. MyTime and ExpressHR do different jobs. For FEED login and app help, use the FEED Kroger guide.
MyTime-Kroger.net is an independent employee guide. It does not collect Kroger passwords, EUIDs, security codes, paystubs, or bank details.
MyTime Kroger login at a glance
| Task | Best place to start | What to expect |
|---|---|---|
| Open MyTime in a browser | mytime.kroger.com |
Kroger employee sign in, then the workforce page assigned to your account |
| Use the Kroger UKG tenant | kroger-sso.prd.mykronos.com |
The page currently redirects to UKG with a Kroger SSO connection |
| Check an hourly work schedule on a phone | FEED Mobile | The Kroger app listing names a Schedule tab for hourly associates |
| Check a paycheck stub | ExpressHR through FEED | FEED lists the profile menu, ExpressHR Quick Link, and navigation bar |
| Open HR information | MyInfo | Kroger calls MyInfo its HR technology platform |
Use mytime.kroger.com when that is the browser route supplied for your Kroger employee account. If a UKG Dimensions setup asks for a Kroger tenant, kroger-sso.prd.mykronos.com is the Kroger-specific UKG address I verified live. It redirects to UKG with a Kroger SSO connection.
What MyTime Kroger is used for
MyTime is the part of Kroger employee access that centers on work time. Employees use it to check assigned shifts, review timecards, submit time related requests, and work with schedule changes when those controls are open for their account.
MyTime is not the best starting point for every Kroger task. Kroger’s current FEED listing sends paycheck stub users to ExpressHR. Kroger’s Responsible Business Report calls MyInfo an HR technology platform. The MyInfo Kroger guide keeps HR tasks separate from MyTime schedule and timecard tasks.
Work schedule
A MyTime Kroger schedule can show the date, start time, end time, and other shift details available to the employee. The exact screen can differ by division, job, and account permissions. The dedicated Kroger employee schedule guide covers blank weeks, changed shifts, new hire schedules, and FEED schedule access.
Timecard and punches
A timecard records work time. It is not the same record as a schedule. If you were scheduled for eight hours but a clock in or clock out is missing, the timecard can be wrong even though the schedule looks fine.
Time off and availability
If your MyTime account shows time off, availability, shift swap, or open shift controls, use the options shown to your employee record. The exact controls can differ by account or location, so a missing button does not prove the whole MyTime service is down.
What you need before MyTime Kroger sign in
Have the employee access Kroger assigned to you. Kroger’s SecureWEB login identifies the employee credential as an Enterprise User ID and password. It also says cookies are required for correct SecureWEB operation.
- Your Kroger Enterprise User ID, usually called an EUID.
- Your current employee password.
- A browser that accepts cookies for Kroger sign in.
- The MyTime link supplied by Kroger, your store, FEED, or onboarding material.
- Any extra identity check shown for your account.
Do not copy an EUID format from a blog example. Kroger’s SecureWEB confirms the EUID field, but I could not find a current Kroger public page that publishes one universal letter and number pattern for every employee.
How to log in at mytime.kroger.com
- Open
mytime.kroger.comin your browser or use the MyTime link Kroger gave you. - Check the address before typing an employee password.
- Enter the employee ID requested by Kroger’s sign in page.
- Enter your current password.
- Complete any identity check shown for your account.
- Open the schedule, timecard, or request area you need.
- Sign out when you finish on a shared store computer.
If mytime.kroger.com does not open for your account, try the Kroger UKG tenant at kroger-sso.prd.mykronos.com only when that route matches the instructions from your workplace. I checked that UKG address and it redirected to UKG’s authorization service with Kroger named in the SSO connection.
Can you access MyTime Kroger from home?
Kroger publicly confirms remote FEED access. Its current app listing says associates can access FEED from anywhere and can see schedules there. I could not verify a current public Kroger rule that every MyTime account works from home in the same way.
If MyTime works at a store computer but says “Forbidden” at home, start with a clean browser session. Sign out of old Kroger tabs, clear stale Kroger cookies if needed, reopen the correct employee address, and try once. Kroger’s SecureWEB page itself says blocked cookies can make its login page keep appearing.
Can you use MyTime Kroger on a phone?
For phone access, FEED Mobile is the clearest Kroger-published option. The Kroger Co. publishes the app on Google Play and Apple’s App Store, and both listings say associates can access schedules there. If your workplace supplies a UKG Dimensions tenant, use that employer-provided setup for MyTime access.
How to check your Kroger schedule
Open MyTime and select the schedule or calendar area shown to your account. Check the displayed week before assuming the schedule is missing. A schedule for the wrong week can look like an empty or outdated schedule.
- Open MyTime or FEED.
- Select the Schedule or calendar view available to you.
- Check the week and calendar dates.
- Read the start and end time for each shift.
- Check the store, department, or job label if the page shows one.
- Ask the scheduling manager about a shift that conflicts with the latest instruction from your workplace.
FEED gives Kroger backed confirmation here. The Google Play and Apple listings both say hourly associates can use a Schedule tab.
Why is my MyTime Kroger schedule blank?
Check the selected week first. Then check FEED. If both views are blank and your next shift is close contact the manager who writes the schedule. Do not treat a blank screen as proof that you are off.
When does Kroger post the next schedule?
I could not find one current Kroger public rule that says every store posts schedules on the same weekday or the same number of days in advance. Local practice, a union agreement, the division, and the job can change the answer. Check the schedule timing used by your store.
What if MyTime and FEED show different shifts?
Open the same week in both systems and refresh each session. Then ask the scheduling manager which shift is current. A screenshot can show what you saw at one moment, but the live schedule may have changed after it was taken.
MyTime timecard, clock in, and missed punch questions
The schedule is planned work. The timecard is recorded work. The paystub is payroll output. Keeping those three records separate makes a missing hours problem much easier to trace.
| Record | What it shows | Use it when |
|---|---|---|
| Schedule | Planned shifts | You need to know when to work |
| Timecard | Recorded work time and punches | You need to check missing or wrong hours |
| Paystub | Pay and deductions processed by payroll | You need to check the final paycheck statement |
If a punch is missing, note the date and the actual time worked. Use the correction method approved by your store or ask your manager or timekeeper. The Kroger clock in and missed punch guide covers this without guessing a store policy.
Can you clock in with MyTime on a phone?
Do not treat mobile access as permission to record work time from anywhere. I could not verify one public Kroger rule that allows every employee to clock in from a personal phone. Follow the time clock method used at your workplace.
Why are MyTime hours different from my paycheck?
A timecard correction may happen before or after payroll processing. Compare the final timecard for the pay period with the paystub for the same period. For payroll details, use the Kroger paystub login guide.
How to request time off in MyTime Kroger
Use the request control shown in your MyTime account. Pick the date carefully, choose the request type available to you, submit it, and check the status later. The exact labels can differ, so the status matters more than the wording of one menu.
- Open the schedule or request area.
- Select the date or date range.
- Choose the time off type available to your account.
- Review the dates before submitting.
- Submit the request.
- Check whether the request is pending, approved, denied, or cancelled.
Kroger’s Responsible Business Report says Sage can let associates request paid time off. For the longer request workflow use the MyTime Kroger time off request guide.
Why am I scheduled after time off was approved?
Open the approval record and compare the exact dates with the live schedule. Save the approval screen if your employee system still shows it, then speak with the scheduling manager before the shift. Do not silently skip the shift because two records disagree.
Why did the unpaid day off option disappear?
If a request type you used before is gone, do not assume why it disappeared. Check the choices shown in your current employee account, then ask the manager or HR contact what process your location now uses.
How to change availability in MyTime
Availability tells the scheduling system when you can usually work. It is different from one day off. If MyTime gives your account an availability request, enter the new times and check whether the request needs approval.
A new availability request does not automatically rewrite a schedule that is already posted. If the next schedule still conflicts with approved availability, speak with the scheduling manager and show the approval or request status.
How shift swaps and open shifts work
If your MyTime account shows shift swap or open shift controls, use the options shown there and check the final schedule after any required approval. A submitted request is not the same thing as a confirmed schedule change.
Can I swap a Kroger shift in MyTime?
Use the swap control if it appears. Select the shift, submit the request, and check the final schedule after any required approval. A coworker agreeing to trade does not by itself change the record in MyTime.
Can I pick up an open shift?
If an Open Shifts area appears, check the date, time, job, and location before requesting it. Wait for the final schedule to show the shift before treating it as yours.
MyTime Kroger app, UKG Dimensions, and the tenant URL
If a Kroger MyTime setup asks for a UKG or Kronos tenant, use the address supplied by Kroger. The Kroger-specific tenant I verified is kroger-sso.prd.mykronos.com. It redirects to UKG and carries a Kroger SSO connection.
FEED Mobile is different. It is published by The Kroger Co. and has its own Schedule tab for hourly associates. The MyTime Kroger app guide explains when to use FEED, a browser, or UKG Dimensions.
Forgot MyTime Kroger password or EUID?
Kroger’s SecureWEB page has help links for the Enterprise User ID and password. It also states that the page is for authorized company employees and contractors. Use Kroger’s own password help or the employee support route given to your workplace.
I could not verify one fixed password expiry period for every Kroger employee from a current Kroger public page. I also could not verify one universal seven digit EUID format. Use the EUID and password rules Kroger shows for your account.
If you forgot the identifier itself, use the Kroger EUID guide. If the sign in keeps looping, use the Kroger SSO guide.
MyTime Kroger login not working
| What you see | First thing to check | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Forbidden request | Old session, cookies, or wrong entry route | Close Kroger tabs, clear stale site data, then start from the correct employee link |
| Login page keeps returning | Cookies | Kroger SecureWEB says cookies are required, so allow them for the sign in page |
| Incorrect password | Saved password and current employee password | Use Kroger password help instead of repeated guessing |
| EUID not recognized | Employee identifier | Check onboarding records or ask authorized workplace support |
| Blank MyTime page | Browser session and account access | Start a new session and check FEED if the schedule is the only thing you need |
| Schedule missing | Selected week | Check FEED, then ask the scheduling manager if the shift is near |
| UKG app asks for a tenant URL | Kroger tenant address | Use the employer supplied tenant. The Kroger UKG address currently resolves at kroger-sso.prd.mykronos.com |
| Account stopped working after transfer or leave | Employee record and permissions | Ask HR or employee technical support to check the account |
Do not disable company security controls to get around an access error. If the problem stays after a clean sign in, the Kroger MyTime help guide separates account problems from schedule problems.
MyTime vs FEED vs MyInfo vs ExpressHR
| System | Main use for this site | What current public evidence supports |
|---|---|---|
| MyTime | Schedule and time management | Employee search and live Kroger UKG tenant evidence point to workforce scheduling and time tasks |
| FEED Mobile | Associate app and mobile schedule access | The Kroger Co. publishes the app and names a Schedule tab for hourly associates |
| ExpressHR | Paycheck stubs | FEED tells associates to use ExpressHR for paycheck stubs |
| MyInfo | HR technology | Kroger’s corporate report calls MyInfo its HR technology platform |
| Sage | Associate help for schedules and pay stub information plus PTO and training | Kroger’s corporate report documents Sage for these employee tasks and reports more than 68,000 active users |
Do not merge these systems into one dashboard description without a current Kroger source. Kroger’s own FEED listing sends paycheck stubs to ExpressHR, and its corporate report names MyInfo separately from schedule and time tools.
Questions employees keep asking about MyTime Kroger
Does MyTime Kroger show paystubs?
Do not use MyTime as the verified paystub destination. Kroger’s current FEED listing directs associates to ExpressHR for paycheck stubs.
Does MyTime Kroger have W-2 forms?
I could not find a current Kroger public source that names MyTime as the W-2 location. Use Kroger’s current HR or tax document route instead.
Why is my new hire schedule missing?
Check FEED and the MyTime week first, then ask the manager who gave you your first schedule. Kroger’s public material does not state one fixed number of days for every new MyTime account to become active.
Is there a MyTime Kroger schedule sign up?
I could not find a public self registration page for a new Kroger employee account. Use the employee access Kroger gives you during onboarding and ask your manager or HR contact if the account is not active.
Can I use MyTime after leaving Kroger?
I could not verify continued MyTime access for former employees in a current public Kroger source. Former employees who need payroll or tax records should use Kroger’s current former employee or historical record instructions.
