Kroger employee schedule: check MyTime and FEED

Kroger employees can check a work schedule through Kroger-authorized employee systems. The clearest public route I could verify on September 10, 2026 is FEED Mobile, published by The Kroger Co. Its Google Play listing says hourly associates can open a Schedule tab, and the same listing says FEED can be accessed from anywhere.

MyTime is also used in Kroger scheduling discussions, but Kroger’s current public corporate material does not publish a full MyTime user manual or one schedule screen for every division. If your store gives you a MyTime link, use that link. If you only need to see an hourly schedule on a phone, FEED has the strongest public confirmation.

MyTime-Kroger.net is an independent guide. It cannot see your EUID, password, schedule, timecard, paystub, or employee record. Do not enter Kroger credentials on this site.

Where to check a Kroger employee schedule

Use the employee route Kroger gives you. FEED Mobile is the easiest public source to verify because The Kroger Co. is listed as the developer and the app description names schedule access directly.

For paycheck stubs, FEED’s official listing points to ExpressHR. I could verify FEED schedule access and ExpressHR paycheck-stub access from Kroger-backed sources, but I could not verify MyTime as Kroger’s current public W-2 or benefits portal.

How to check your schedule in FEED Mobile

Kroger’s Google Play listing was updated January 14, 2026. It says associates can access schedules and specifically names a Schedule tab for hourly associates.

  1. Install FEED Mobile from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
  2. Check that the developer or seller is The Kroger Co.
  3. Sign in with the employee access Kroger gave you.
  4. Open the Schedule tab if it appears for your account.
  5. Select the week you want to check.
  6. Read the start and end time for each shift.
  7. Ask your manager about any shift that conflicts with the latest workplace instruction.

The Google Play listing also publishes mobile@kroger.com as the FEED support email. Use that address for FEED app problems. It is not a payroll dispute address or a manager substitute when a shift itself is wrong.

Can you check a Kroger schedule from home?

Yes, FEED is the public route Kroger says can be accessed from anywhere. That statement appears in both current app-store descriptions. Employee authentication still has to succeed before the schedule opens.

Direct MyTime browser access can behave differently by account or route. If a Kroger-provided MyTime page works at a store but not at home, open FEED first and use the employee links shown there. Do not use a copied login page from an independent website.

How MyTime fits into Kroger scheduling

Employees search for “MyTime Kroger schedule”, “mytime.kroger.com schedule”, “MyTime Kroger login”, and “Kroger MyTime UKG” because MyTime is commonly used for workforce scheduling and time-related work. Kroger’s 2025 Responsible Business Report does not contain the terms “MyTime” or “UKG”, so this page does not claim that the report confirms the MyTime URL or every MyTime menu.

If your workplace gives you mytime.kroger.com, use the link supplied by Kroger. The safer rule is simple: the employee route should come from FEED, onboarding material, a manager, or another Kroger-authorized source.

What about UKG Dimensions and Kronos?

UKG’s own Workforce Management documentation shows schedule calendars, availability, open shifts, swap requests, and self-scheduling as configurable software functions. That proves the software can support those actions. It does not prove that every Kroger store has each function turned on.

This distinction matters. A third-party page may say every Kroger associate can swap a shift or edit availability in the same menu. UKG says those options depend on configuration, request periods, job, and location.

What a Kroger schedule can tell you

A work schedule answers one question: when you are planned to work. The exact screen can vary, but a schedule may show the work date, start time, end time, location, department, job, or request status when Kroger’s configuration exposes those fields.

Check the calendar date before reading the time. An employee looking at the current week while thinking it is next week can create a schedule problem that is only a date-selection mistake.

If a shift crosses midnight, read the date on which the shift starts. The work period can span two calendar dates even though the schedule places it under one starting date.

Why your Kroger schedule is blank or missing

A blank schedule does not prove you are off work. First check the selected week, then open FEED if you were using another employee route. If the next shift is close and neither screen is clear, contact the manager who handles your schedule.

I could not find a Kroger public source that gives one fixed activation window for every new-hire schedule. Kroger’s 2025 report discusses onboarding through Fresh Start, but it does not publish a MyTime schedule-activation deadline.

When Kroger posts employee schedules

I could not verify one Kroger-wide posting day from a current public company source. Kroger has stores, fulfillment centers, manufacturing sites, technology teams, and administrative offices, so one Friday-or-Saturday rule should not be applied to every employee.

If a future week is blank, ask your department or scheduling manager when that location normally publishes schedules. Do not turn a local practice into a company rule.

How far ahead should the schedule appear?

Kroger’s public FEED material confirms schedule access but does not state one company-wide number of days or weeks that every schedule must be visible. A union agreement, state rule, local practice, or job type can affect how scheduling works at a specific location.

What to do when a shift changes

Use the latest authorized schedule, then ask the manager if the new time conflicts with an earlier instruction. A screenshot can help you explain what you saw at a specific time, but the live schedule may change after the screenshot was taken.

  1. Check the date and week on the current schedule.
  2. Record the new start and end time.
  3. Look for a notification or request status if the system shows one.
  4. Ask the scheduling manager why the shift changed if the change is unexpected.
  5. Keep the manager’s answer with your own schedule record if you need to refer back to it.

This page does not claim that one notice period applies across Kroger. I could not find a current corporate source that gives every associate the same minimum notice before a schedule change.

New-hire schedule problems

Kroger says Fresh Start is used for new-hire onboarding and training, and the company integrated Fresh Start with Sage in early 2025. Kroger does not publish a fixed MyTime activation window in that report.

If you are a new employee and no schedule appears, confirm the first shift with the person who handled your onboarding. A verbal first-day instruction should not be discarded only because an app screen is blank.

  2. Use the employee account assigned to you.
  3. Open FEED and check the Schedule tab if it is available.
  4. Use the MyTime route supplied by your store if your location uses it.
  5. Confirm your first scheduled workday with the manager.

If the employee account itself is not active, the manager or authorized HR/IT contact has to fix the employee record. An independent website cannot activate a Kroger EUID.

Time off, availability, and shift swaps

Kroger’s 2025 Responsible Business Report says Sage gives associates access to work schedules and lets them request paid time off. The report says more than 68,000 associates were actively using Sage when the report was prepared.

Availability changes

UKG documentation defines availability as times an employee is available, prefers to work, prefers time off, or is unavailable. Kroger can configure how those settings are used for its employee groups.

If you change availability after a schedule is already posted, do not assume the posted shift disappears. Ask the scheduling manager how the request affects the existing schedule.

Shift swaps and open shifts

UKG documentation shows swap requests and open-shift requests in the employee calendar when the employer has configured those options. A request period can also control when an open shift is visible.

If your Kroger account shows a swap or open-shift option, submit the request and wait until the schedule confirms the result. A coworker’s agreement by itself does not prove the scheduling system has completed the change.

Schedule, timecard, and paystub are different records

Kroger’s FEED listing specifically directs associates to ExpressHR for paycheck stubs. That is why this schedule page does not tell employees to treat MyTime as the verified paystub destination.

An eight-hour scheduled shift does not prove that the timecard contains eight recorded hours. If pay is wrong, compare the timecard with the paystub and report a missing punch through the process your location uses.

Login and access problems

A failed schedule login does not prove Kroger’s scheduling system is down. Test the Kroger-provided route, then check whether FEED opens with the same employee account.

This page does not publish a guessed EUID pattern. I could not verify one universal Kroger EUID format from a current public Kroger source, so use the identifier assigned by Kroger for your employee account.

This page also does not state that every employee password must change every 90 days. I could not verify that company-wide rule from a current Kroger public source. Use the password instructions shown by Kroger for your account.

Which app should Kroger employees install?

For schedule access, FEED Mobile is the app I can verify as published by The Kroger Co. Google Play lists more than 100,000 downloads and an update date of January 14, 2026. Apple lists The Kroger Co. as the developer and shows a 45.1 MB iPhone app.

The regular Kroger shopping app is different. Its current Google Play listing is about grocery orders, digital coupons, weekly ads, Pickup, Delivery, and fuel points. That customer app should not be confused with FEED Mobile.

Employees also search for UKG Dimensions. Use a UKG tenant or employer code only when Kroger or your workplace supplies it. The Kroger employee app guide separates FEED Mobile from UKG access reported in employee scheduling contexts.

Who to contact when the schedule is wrong

Contact your manager first when the issue is the actual work assignment: a wrong shift time, wrong store, wrong department, missing shift, or two Kroger systems showing different schedules. The manager can tell you which assignment the location expects you to follow.

Use authorized HR or employee IT support when the problem is the employee record, account activation, transfer access, EUID recovery, or a sign-in problem that the manager cannot correct.

For FEED Mobile technical problems, Google Play lists mobile@kroger.com under app support. The listing also shows The Kroger Co. at 1014 Vine St, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202-1100.

Kroger’s public customer-service number is 1-800-576-4377. I could not find a current Kroger source that labels that number, or 1-800-952-8889, as a dedicated MyTime employee password desk. This page does not present either number that way.

Answers to schedule searches that cause confusion

What does Kroger E-Schedule mean?

“E-Schedule” is still used in employee searches for an electronic Kroger work schedule. Kroger’s current FEED listing calls its mobile area the Schedule tab. If an old instruction says E-Schedule, compare it with the employee route your store uses now.

Can Kroger employees print a schedule?

I could not verify a Kroger-wide print or export button from current public company material. If your authorized screen has a print option, use it. If it does not, follow the record-keeping method your location permits.

Can former employees see a Kroger schedule?

A former employee usually needs payroll, tax, or employment records instead of a current work schedule. Do not treat old schedule data as an active assignment after employment ends. For old payroll records, use the former-associate section in the Kroger paystub guide.

What if FEED and MyTime show different shifts?

Check the same week in both systems, refresh the authorized sessions, then ask the manager which shift is current. Do not choose one screen only because its time is more convenient.

What if approved time off still shows a shift?

Open the request record and check the approved dates. Then contact the manager before the scheduled start time. A saved approval screen can help the manager compare the request with the live schedule.
