Kroger MyTime Help Guide for Login, Schedule and Account Problems

If you need help with MyTime Kroger, start by identifying whether the problem involves login access, your schedule, a timecard, a clock punch, FEED, or payroll. Kroger uses different employee systems for different tasks, so there is not one public support route that should be assumed to solve every MyTime problem.

This independent guide does not operate Kroger employee accounts and cannot reset passwords or view private schedules. It explains the safest support path based on the type of issue.

Is There a Public Kroger MyTime Help Desk Number?

We could not verify a current public Kroger corporate source that identifies 1-800-952-8889 or another public phone number as a dedicated MyTime employee help desk for all Kroger associates.

For that reason, this page does not tell employees to call an unverified MyTime number. Use the support route supplied by your store, manager, HR team, onboarding materials, FEED, or another Kroger-authorized employee resource.

Choose the Right Help Route

Problem Best first step
Password or employee login rejected Use Kroger-authorized account recovery or workplace IT/support
Schedule is missing or changed Check FEED or the authorized schedule tool, then contact your manager if a shift is unclear
Clock-in or clock-out missing Report the punch through the authorized timekeeping process
Timecard hours are wrong Review individual punches and contact the manager or timekeeper responsible for corrections
Paystub is missing or wrong Use the payroll resource available to your employee group and the appropriate payroll or HR channel
FEED Mobile is not working Update/restart the app and use the support information in the official app listing if needed
EUID or employee identifier is unknown Check onboarding information or ask an authorized workplace contact

Help With MyTime Kroger Login Problems

If the employee login does not work, do not keep guessing passwords.

  1. Close old Kroger employee-system tabs.
  2. Return to the employee link supplied by Kroger or your workplace.
  3. Make sure you are using an employee account rather than a Kroger customer shopping account.
  4. Check the employee identifier carefully.
  5. Use the password-help or recovery option shown by the Kroger-authorized sign-in system.
  6. Complete any required identity verification.
  7. If recovery is unavailable, contact the authorized support route provided by your workplace.

Kroger’s public SecureWEB service is a protected corporate authentication area. See our Kroger SSO guide for more login troubleshooting.

Forgot Your Kroger EUID

Do not rely on websites that claim they can recover an EUID by collecting personal information. Check onboarding documents or ask an authorized manager, HR or IT contact which employee identifier applies.

Read the Kroger EUID guide for safe recovery steps.

Help With a Missing Kroger Schedule

A blank schedule does not automatically mean you are off work.

  • Check the selected week.
  • Refresh the authorized schedule resource.
  • Sign out and back in.
  • Check FEED if your employee account provides schedule access there.
  • Confirm that the store or department is correct.
  • Ask your manager if the next shift is unclear.

Use the Kroger employee schedule guide for blank schedules, changed shifts, FEED schedule access and new-hire schedule problems.

Help With Clock-In, Clock-Out and Timecard Problems

A timekeeping problem should be corrected through the process approved for your location. Kroger does not publicly document one universal clocking method for every associate.

If a punch is missing

  1. Check the correct date and workweek.
  2. Identify the missing clock-in or clock-out.
  3. Note the actual time worked.
  4. Use the correction option if your account is authorized to use it.
  5. Otherwise, tell your manager or authorized timekeeper.
  6. Recheck the timecard after the correction is processed.

For detailed guidance, see the Kroger clock-in and missed-punch guide.

Help With a Kroger Paystub

MyTime should not be treated as Kroger’s universal paystub portal. Kroger’s official FEED information directs associates to ExpressHR for paycheck stubs, while Kroger’s 2025 Responsible Business Report says Sage can provide associates with pay-stub information.

If your paycheck looks wrong, compare the issued paystub with the corrected timecard for the same pay period. If the timecard is correct but the payroll statement is not, contact the authorized payroll or HR route provided to your employee group.

Read the Kroger paystub guide for ExpressHR, missing hours, deductions, old statements and former-employee access.

Help With FEED Mobile

FEED Mobile is an official Kroger associate app. Kroger’s app listings identify The Kroger Co. as the developer and describe schedule access and links to employee resources.

If FEED does not work

  • Confirm you installed the official app.
  • Update the app.
  • Restart FEED.
  • Restart the device.
  • Check the internet connection.
  • Start a fresh sign-in session.
  • Try another Kroger-authorized employee access route when available.

The official Google Play listing has published mobile@kroger.com as a FEED Mobile support contact. App-store information can change, so verify the current support details in the official listing before sending account information.

For installation and schedule-access differences, see the MyTime Kroger app and FEED Mobile guide.

Who Should Handle Different Employee Problems?

Your Manager or Scheduling Lead

Contact the manager or scheduling lead when the problem involves an upcoming shift, schedule conflict, time-off approval, attendance question, missed punch or location-specific procedure.

HR or Payroll

Use HR or payroll for account-specific employee records, pay rates, tax documents, benefit deductions, payroll discrepancies or former-employee record questions.

Authorized IT or Account Support

Use the employee support channel provided by Kroger for password recovery, account locks, authentication problems or access permissions that cannot be solved with self-service options.

Information You Should Have Ready

When asking an authorized workplace contact for help, be ready to explain the problem clearly without posting private information publicly.

  • The employee system that has the problem
  • The date and approximate time the problem occurred
  • The affected workweek or pay period
  • The exact error message, if one appears
  • The shift or timecard date involved
  • What troubleshooting you already tried

Do not send passwords, one-time verification codes, Social Security numbers or full payroll documents through an unverified contact method.

When a Website Says MyTime Is Down

A failed login on one device does not prove a company-wide outage.

  1. Check whether FEED or another Kroger-authorized resource works.
  2. Try a fresh browser or app session.
  3. Check whether coworkers at your location have the same problem.
  4. Ask your manager if the workplace system is unavailable.
  5. If the issue affects a shift or payroll deadline, use an authorized workplace contact instead of waiting.

Credential Safety

MyTime-Kroger.net is independent and does not operate Kroger employee accounts. Never enter your Kroger employee password, EUID, verification code, Social Security number or private payroll records into this website.

Use only Kroger-authorized systems for private account activity. An employee login page should not be trusted merely because it contains Kroger or MyTime words in the domain or page title.

Official Information Used

Kroger’s 2025 Responsible Business Report confirms that Sage provides associates with real-time scheduling information, work schedules, pay-stub information, paid-time-off requests and training information. It also identifies MyInfo as Kroger’s HR technology platform.
